1. Lavender Relaxing Mist

As much as we try to avoid it, stress is a natural part of living. This Lavender Relaxing Mist from one of my favorite natural wellness shops, Sage, has always been my go-to item if I’m feeling overwhelmed, stressed or in the mood for a burst of aromatherapy.

2.  Glass Water Bottle

Plastic water bottles are no match for glass water bottles. They’re easy to clean, reusable, eco-friendly, and safer to drink from than plastic. This glass water bottle from ZULU has an interesting rubber case surrounding the glass to prevent it from breaking (and it LEGIT works). Take it from me, I own this and have dropped the bottle many times. To this day, it still hasn’t shattered into a million pieces!

3. Beeswax Candles

If you’re a fan of fragrance candles, you might want to reconsider (yup—they’re toxic). These Beeswax candles are non-toxic and can purify indoor air—what’s not to love?

4. Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend

Since stress and work go hand in hand, here’s another great essential oil blend that you can use. This Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend by Plant Guru can be used in your aromatizer, your own essential oil mist or to mix with a carrier oil to use on your skin.

5. Himalayan Salt Candle Holder

There are so many benefits to having either a Himalayan salt lamp or candle holder on your desk.  Electronics produce a lot of positive ions which aren’t very good for our wellbeing. Himalayan salt, on the other hand, produces negative ions, which occur more often in nature. Negative ions are said to increase the flow of oxygen to our brains, increase our alertness and energy, and a bunch of other great things.  Since we have so many electronics on our desks, it’s a good idea to incorporate more natural items for balance.

6. Sage AromaGem Diffuser

A diffuser is another great wellness item for your desk. This Aromagem Gold Diffuser from Sage works by diffusing essential oils that are added to a water container into the air. If aromatherapy is your thing, I suggest looking into purchasing a diffuser. They’re non-toxic and smell fabulous.

7. Argan Butter Body Butter

Typing on a keyboard all day can result in tired-looking, dry hands. Having a skin cream handy on your desk can help rejuvenate your hard-working hands and sooth dry skin. This Argan Butter by Nourish Organics is USDA organic and most importantly, cruelty-free!

  1. Okay I love all these ideas! I actually wrote a super similar post about bringing wellness into your desk life, and I included a salt lamp and lavender sprays, too. I feel like we spend so much time at our desks that we absolutely need to make it a pretty and productive place.
